Vacations in Coronado

Coronado is one of the most beautiful places in Orange County, California. Each family would be delighted staying in beach villas of this area. The island is located close to San Diego that allows visitors to use all attractions in the city. There are lots of them but best of all we liked San Diego Zoo where we got acquainted with many unique animals and exotic plants. Usually tourists occupy a special bus and start off the zoo. Our guide is very talkative but his speech is smart and discriminated perfectly. We tried to catch every word of our guide. He told an interesting story about lions - they were transported from Africa - here cubs were born and they are a very big family. By the way, it was frightening to approach them - they seemed dangerous.

The calmest were elephants - they were just carrying logs and other loads from one side of the ground to another one. The guide said that sometimes they would allow riding on their backs and they even wouldn't kick you off. It would be fun however we were traveling by special bus and didn't have a chance to use them. Monkeys were very funny - they were successfully jumping from one branch to another and scrapping their backs. Gorillas were very huge and didn't pay attention to anyone. They seemed to ponder over something important in their life like fathers behaved when they have an extended family.

It would be nothing to be said if we didn't mention of the presence of exotic birds. They were numerous: falcons, parrots, flamingos, waterfowls, magpies, cockades, toucans and many more. Their charming singing was dear to our hearts. The nature conquered all of us; even kids were screaming and laughing with delight. After getting off the train we were walking along the trails in zoo. All in all, we were very happy to stay in beach Villa Capri in Orange County.
